Position Summary:
The Lead Analyst will spearhead these varied research tasks working with their team of analysts to find rapid solutions for clients on the cutting edge of investment decision making and consulting. Owning and expanding client relationships is a central goal of the position, as is strategic involvement in any of wide variety of tasks associated with a growing business. Given the firms’ impressive growth (doubling in size every year since they started) there is also an incredible opportunity for progression within the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
• Leading research projects and identifying the best sources of expertise worldwide
• Owning and developing client relationships
• Mentoring and managing junior colleagues
• Taking key leadership roles in business development
Position Requirements:
• Bachelors degree (or higher) from a top school
• 2+ years of experience in a relevant industry (finance, law, information services, consulting are excellent examples)
• Strong communication skills; excellence in English is a must; fluency in another language is a strong plus
• An innate interest in understanding diverse industries
• Strong conceptual skills: able to synthesize information quickly; able to present material in an organized and clear manner
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well within a dynamic team
• Drive: proactive and self-motivated; action bias with a strong sense of urgency
• Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must be willing to work in NYC
